CD “MAGELLAN” by ANTANAS is an electronic / ambient /experimental / space /chillout music and it is unsigned project started in 2006. The goal of the Magellan project is a multi-media approach to music performance presented by musicians, actors and ballet dancers. This original approach has attracted the attention of some Belgrade theatre directors who would like to include it in their regular monthly repertoire. Stage movement is supported by twenty actors whose role is to conjure up that particular period (beginning of the XVI century) and the atmosphere in Spain immediately after the death of the Queen Isabel I. The story follows the adventures of the crew that took off for unknown territories, and is supported by a group of six ballerinas whose dances illustrate the miracles and mystical events that occurred during this unusual journey.
